Kitchens
Our specialists can transform a dated kitchen into a state-of-the-art space, which will become a favorite gathering place in your home. A vast selection in appliances, cabinetry, counter tops and flooring, allows your personality to be reflected in the finished project. Average pricing for a major kitchen remodel ranges from $45,000 to $60,000. Major kitchen remodels typically have an updated floor plan, all new, medium- to high-quality cabinetry, appliances, stone counters, tile work, sink and faucet, and hardwood flooring. A minor kitchen remodel can range from $35,000 to $45,000 includes low- to mid-grade quality cabinets and appliances, laminate countertops, sink and faucet and replacing flooring.

Bathrooms
We can make that cramped bathroom space more comfortable, by upgrading the plumbing fixtures, cabinetry, and flooring, as well as adding windows and/or skylights to bring the outside in. Remodeling an existing 5x7 bathroom ranges from $18,000 to $25,000. All new fixtures including tub or shower, shower door, new faucets and shower control, Marblelite counter, vanity cabinet, tile floor and base, and painted walls. A master bathroom remodel ranges from $25,000 to $30,000. All new high-end fixtures including tub and shower with enclosure, faucets and shower control, granite counters, matching vanity cabinets, tile floor and base, and painted walls.

Basements
Basements, which were once considered only dark, uncomfortable storage areas, can be transformed into warm, airy living spaces, which will become the area of choice for relaxing or entertaining. Basement remodeling is one of our most popular requests. The average price ranges from $35 to $45 per square foot for a main living area and office/bedroom. This includes all framing and soffit work, insulated, drywall exterior and interior walls and ceilings, electrical and HVAC work, doors and trim are painted throughout. Carpet is the owner’s discretion. Added costs: full bathroom, at $10,000; an egress window or wet bar $5,000.
