“JJ’s Home Improvement is an exceptionally professional and business-like home contractor. Our project added two separate additions and three bathrooms to our existing house. We were scared of living in the house for the scheduled four and a half month project. Well, our fears were unfounded. The project was managed so professionally, that it simply did not interfere with our daily lives. The work spaces were completely isolated by heavy plastic barriers, all dust and commotion was completely contained. The job was cleaned up every night. Jeff and his crews were present every day until the job was completed. This was not a simple project as it extended two sides of our house, and included upstairs and downstairs. It was handled masterfully. Every phone call and email was returned promptly. Every concern was addressed. And, at the end, he asked for a punch list. We asked for two weeks to live with the work and find any problems. The total punch list: nothing! There was not one item to repair, and we are not the easiest customers. Jeff runs an extremely well-managed and professional business that we would eagerly recommend.”
